Corral Boot Return Policy:
If you purchased a pair of Corral Boots and you need to return the boots back to us for various reasons, below is a guideline what needs to take place to return your boots.
Boots purchased with our retail vendor’s:
If you need to return the boots back due to possible manufacture defect, please do not try and repair your boots for it will cancel the warranty on your boots. You will need to contact the store you purchased the boot from, as our return policy does not allow us to make any exchanges, refunds or repairs unless you purchased your boots directly from Corral Boots Co. Please talk to the store manager and explain what is happening to your boots. You will need to make shipping arrangements to ship your boots to their store. Once the store receives your boots, they will call our office to ask for RA # to have your boots returned back to Corral Boot Co. If you have any problems with the store, have them call Denise at Corral Boots Co. Once we have received your boots in our Returns Department your boots will be inspected. If your boots are deemed defective, or cannot be repaired, we will re-order you replacement boots thru the store you purchased the boots from.
** If your boots have to be replaced and boots style is not in stock, you may have to wait 30-60 days back order from the day replacement order is placed. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. **

Boots purchased thru Corral Boots Web site or directly within our company to place order:
• To return your boots, please call our Corral Boots office and ask for the Returns Department.
• You would need to provide us with your purchase order #, so that we are able to pull up your order in our system.
• Boots must not show any wear, such as scuff marks at the bottom of boots or any place on the boot.
• We do not include pre-paid returns shipping labels with orders.
• Once your boots have been received in our office and have passed inspection, credit will be issued back to the credit card charged; you will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges to ship boots to you. However, if you attach a note inside the box telling us how much you spent to ship boots back, Felix will also reimburse you the amount spent to ship boots back to us.
• If you do not place note in box of the amount you paid to ship boots back, you will only get reimbursed for the cost of the boots.
